Property was good, clean and convenient. Staff and room was also very good including breakfast.
It is just the nearby train line which was very noisy all night. Probably most people doesn’t care but for us was a bit inconvenient.

Responsibly using all COVID Precautions. I liked that it was a small enough hotel that we did really see other guests at all except at breakfast. Bringing our 4 year old, we liked that it was a smaller place with fewer guests during the pandemic. Esthetically-Beautiful hotel, nicely updated, clean rooms. SKY is a big positive, very kind staff, high quality gym equipment, found free parking just outside the hotel, and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The supermarket across the street was also convenient. The hotel organized our umbrella and beach chairs.
There was a very loud noise (elevator or air conditioning generator possibly?) that was extremely annoying all night long. (The train speeds by, but it’s expected in Giulianova) Also, no closet or drawers for clothes to unpack suitcases into. And no place at all to hang bathing suits or beach towels to dry. Definitely seems more like a couples or business hotel, not really for families with young children (it’s not right near the beach, so it’s a bit of a walk for a child)
