Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber; Panoramablick(!), Details bei der Ausstattung (praktische Ablageflächen), speziell im Badezimmer; ruhige Lage (aber alles, was man unmittelbar brauchen kann --- Bäcker, Supermarkt,Tavernen, Fahrradverleih, Busstation --- in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar), nächste Strände ca. 5-10 Minuten.
Grundsätzlich alles prima.
Eine Bereicherung könnte für die Balkone im 1.Stock ein Sonnenschutz in Form eine gemauerten Überdachung (und/oder eine sehr steile Markise) sein.

Μείναμε για δύο βράδια και ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική επιλογή! Το δωμάτιο ήταν σύγχρονο, προσεγμένο και πολύ ευρύχωρο, με μια καταπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα που απολαμβάναμε κάθε στιγμή από το μπαλκόνι. Πεντακάθαρο και οι οικοδεσπότες απίστευτα ευγενικοί και φιλόξενοι, πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν με οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Ήταν μια διαμονή που ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας και σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά.

It was quite, the room was in a decent size, the view was beautiful and we had a kitchen that served our needs for the time we stayed there. It was in a different part if the island, a little remote from the main street in Skala, just something to keep
In mind that you’ll probably need some way of transportation to get to other parts of the island.
Mattress wasn’t vert comfortable and the room wasn’t tidy clean.
Communication was mostly via email.
The owner did provide some foam mattresses to help with the bed.
