The staff were amazing! incredibly friendly and always happy to help us organize activities. The rooms were great, and both the food and the pool were really good. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place!
The only small downside was that the bathroom towels had a slightly damp smell, but other than that, everything was great.

clean, peaceful, and centrally located near Wat Damnak, and near Pub Streets just walking 5 minutes making it very convenient to explore Siem Reap. The staff provided excellent, welcoming service throughout the stay, and the pool area offered a lovely setting to relax after a day out. And i love all the staff there, good service and good hospitality.
Nothing major—overall it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

My room was beautiful and clean. The balcony was amazing. The bathroom was clean, the Wi-Fi was very fast, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable, the pool was great, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t use the balcony after dark because spiders and lizards would come onto the balcony in the evening. Two large spiders and one lizard even got into my room.
I’m not sure where the hotel gets the water in the glass bottles or how they refill them, so I would not recommend drinking that water.
The canned drinks and bottled water in the minibar were charged separately. I wasn’t aware that the bottled water was not complimentary. When I checked out, I was charged 6,000 riel per bottle for water that normally costs around 1,000 riel.
The stairs leading to the rooms were also very steep, so I would not recommend this room that i stayed for guests over 40.
