We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beach was clean and well maintained, making it a great place to relax. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to suit everyone, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back.

While we truly enjoyed the lovely ambience, delicious food, spacious room, and excellent amenities—as well as the warm hospitality from your staff—our overall experience was unfortunately impacted by a few maintenance issues. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, making the room uncomfortably warm and severely disrupting our sleep. Additionally, we noticed water dripping from the ceiling. We hope you can address these concerns to ensure a better experience for future guests.
We truly appreciated our stay, but we wanted to bring a few maintenance issues to your attention. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, leaving the room uncomfortably warm and making it difficult for us to sleep. Additionally, there was water unexpectedly dripping from the ceiling. We also noticed that the room refrigerator was not cooling effectively, as it was unable to chill our drinks. We hope these points can be looked into to ensure a smoother experience for future guests.
