What did you like about the property?
The building looks very nice from the outside and the location in the city center is convenient.
What didn’t you like about the property?
The interior was disappointing and did not match the exterior appearance. There was no air conditioning, the room was very hot and uncomfortable, and overall the stay did not feel pleasant. We also received only one key although the reservation was for three people, which created inconvenience after a long trip.

Comfortable bed. Soundproof - it was very noisy outside at the cafe but we couldn’t hear a thing
The ledge in the bathroom was very big for all of our toiletries
Lots of space for suitcases
Great location
We were only provided with milk sachets for the first morning.
The quilts were too hot for us sleeping. We would have preferred a large sheet and blanket. I tried to get that but I couldn’t communicate it to the staff.
A box of tissues would have been great.
The entry to the hotel needs a facelift as it looks dirty.

the location was great, the rooms were nice. the guy that checked us out was very nice.
there was no staff on site most of the day. checking in was very difficult. rooms need a fan.
