Prachtig hotel, service hoog en de sfeer heel fijn om daar te zijn.

Warm welkom van Mrs Gold en de enthousiaste Serigne! Personeel is zeer behulpzaam. De relaxte sfeer in het hotel. Bij het ontbijt was zoveel te kiezen en zeer uitnodigend om verschillende gerechten te proberen.

Kan niets verzinnen.

It is my second stay in hotel. I came back again. It is one of the best hotel in Abu Dhabi

First at all. When I enter to my room. I wash so happy that flowers on bed. Because I mentioned during g booking the hotel that is my son birthday.thanks for the 😋 🧁 sweet/ cupcakes. Second thing the breakfast was amazing.

Good but we expected more for the price

Location. The size of the swimming pool suitable for children. The room is a good size and the view of the swimming pool is pleasant. The staff is correct, focused on customer satisfaction. There was a misunderstanding regarding our dinner package but the manager was able to handle it, which we appreciated.

No entertainment. Missing a teenager club and some activities like for example jet ski or boat in the canal. The hotel is opposite and very close to the Sheikh Zayed mosque but you have to cross a bridge on foot and the hotel does not even offer a free shuttle, it is really an essential service to have. The room are ok but for a Ritz Carlton we expected something exceptional and we couldn’t book one room for 4, we booked 2 rooms. The price of the diner at the restaurant is very expensive for kids and they are not eating too much it should be free.

Nicht den Standarts des Ritz Carlton gerecht vorallem wenn man es anders aus Dubai und Oman.

Der erste Eindruck und wenn man ins Hotel reingekommen ist, die Gastfreundschaft. Alle waren super nett und haben uns super empfangen. Das Frühstück war super.

Das Haus wird absolut mit Familien gefüllt, dass hätte man vorher sagen müssen. Auf Grund dessen, war der Pool mit 30 Kindern und noch mehr durchgängig gefüllt. Da gab es keine Ruhe oder Erholung. Wir wurden jeden Morgen von den Kindern neben uns im Zimmer geweckt, weil man das Gebrüll durch die Zwischentür hören konnte. Wenn man Halbpension gebucht hat ist man aufgeschmissen, wenn man Abends einen Tisch bekommen möchte ohne Reservierung. Es gab auch keine Information dazu, dass man alles reservieren muss trotz Halbpension. Sachen wurden berechnet die nicht berechnen werden sollten. Tipp an alle anderen: Vor Abreise die Rechnung genau prüfen. Uns wurde vieles auf die Rechnung gesetzt, was wir gar nicht bestellt oder genutzt hatten.

Really good hotel and amazing staff

Right across from Zayid grand mosque. High way access, which makes it simpler going to any location within -5-20 minutes

Corridors leading to the rooms needs renovation as the hotel is old.

1- تعامل الموظفين جداً راقي. 2- اجواء جميلة تحيط ارجاء الفندق. 3- المسبح ممتاز، نادي الاطفال جميل للغاية والعاملين فيه محترفين. 4- سرعة خدمة الغرف في توفير الطلبات. 5- خدمة تنظيف الغرف دقيقين جداً ويهتمون بأدق التفاصيل. 6- منزل الحديقة مريح وواسع وفيه خصوصية واطلالات جميلة تشعرك بالارتياح وتعيشك اجواء الانتماء للموقع.

1- بعد المكان نوعاً ما عن الفعاليات بجزيرة ياس. 2- مرتبة السرير غير مريحة.

A fantastic staycation and we’ll definitely be back.

The facilities are amazing especially for our 18 month old - he loved the splash park. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Ira greeted us with a huge smile at check in and did everything to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Sanjay looked after us so well at brunch and breakfast and did everything to make our dining experience unforgettable.

Perfect!

All was perfect!!! All staff are so kind and helpful and i am very grateful to Tanika, Dipika, Sanjay from the restaurant, Kristley from concierge service and especially guy who works on the beach Rifad, he was very polite and always prepared our place to rest before we came to the beach! Definitely visit this amazing hotel!!!

Pleasant staff.

Bellboy, 'Salman' went out of his way to assist/comfort hotel guests in a long line waiting to check-in. The food at the Asian restaurant Li Jiang was very flavourful. Breakfast was nice with a variety of ethnic food, and 'Shashi' was very pleasant.

Check-in counter, only One staff at peak check-in time resulted in a frustrating long Q. Room, the side table leg was broken, and the table was wobbly. AC is noisy. Only 1 chair in the balcony. Swimming pool, no adults pool, and as per regulations, kids should be discouraged from jumping in. Suggestion to management: pls look into staff uniforms, sizes, and wear and tear.

Amazing Experience

I really enjoyed my stay. The service was excellent and the property is amazing. We were celebrating our honeymoon with my husband and the staff surprised us with an upgraded room, a decoration and a beautiful desert. It really made our stay special, and I would like to thank all the staff again.
