Location excellent - close to holy sites of Fatima
No coffee and tea facilities in the room. But was ok with great coffee close

1. I like the location - near the bus station and the sanctuary.
2. The water is hot enough for my bath.
1. The room is extremely small for 3 people. The photo is slightly deceiving. I just realized that the size of the triple and twin rooms are 161 sq ft. It's not any bigger.
2. The reception staff was not friendly, served with a sulking face. Every question asked was either No or I don't know.
3. With 3 guests for a room, we were given only 1 card. This is extremely inconvenient. This is a point that I dislike very much. Booking.com, please reflect this as a fact sheet.
4. The lift though is on ground level, however getting to the loft you will need to climb up about 5 steps and get down another 5 steps for the lift. Booking.com, please provide such information as well.
5. There is no 24-hours reception. There is no staff between 7pm and 7am. I hope booking.com can reflect this point as a fact item so that guests can make an informed decision. I don't think I saw any information relating to this point and I even double-checked before I made this comment.
