I had a pleasant stay. The staff made me feel welcome, and the room was clean and comfortable. While the hotel isn't particularly memorable, it provides a reliable and enjoyable experience.
The hotel was enjoyable overall, but a few improvements could make the experience even better. Some areas could benefit from better maintenance, and the food lacked flavor. I was also hoping for a more authentic Haitian culinary experience.

Overall, everything was great. Check-in was efficient (they do not accept American Express, so beware). Nice room, need a key card to access the room area. Breakfast was great too. I would definitely stay there again whenever I'm in town.
The shower faucets were squeaky and very loud to the point that I could hear the guests next door shower faucets whenever they would take a shower.

The breakfast was ok. But El Rancho is using an unfair practice not letting customers know ahead of time.that their fare does not include breakfast. This is illegal and completely wrong and unacceptable. There are good quality hotels based on that tactics that are not getting any business while El Rancho is deceiving their customers ans in so doing you are paying more for àn ok hôtel versus àn excellent À+ facility
