The house, pool, garden, and terrace are simply magical. The bedrooms are spacious, and with two bathrooms, there was more than enough room for our group of eight. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious enough for everyone to comfortably enjoy cooking together in the evenings. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time together in beautiful surroundings. We loved swimming, playing table tennis, sunbathing near the pool, and walking into Volterra. Friendly communication with the owners and caretakers. We absolutely loved our stay!
The final stretch to the house is along a fairly steep country road with a few tight switchbacks. It’s perfectly manageable for experienced drivers, but it can feel a little adventurous, especially on the first drive. For us, it was well worth it for the peace and seclusion once we arrived.

The atmosphere and house were amazing. The view cannot be beat.
It’s not air conditioned and there was only one fan. More fans would help, but we were lucky with cool nights.

Le ubicación, vistas preciosas super tranquilo. Una casa antigua, la cocina espectacular! Las zonas comunes invitan a hacer plan familiar conjunto todo el rato! Se puede desayunar, comer, cenar en el jardin y se oyen los pajaritos cantando. La mesa de ping pong en el Jardín un acierto y la piscina espectacular. Tambien hay barbacoa de obra.
Esta muy cerca del inicio de un trecking y de unas ruinas romanas para ir andando. Tambien vistas a la iglesia.
Por poner una pega, los muebles de las habitaciones son un poco antiguos también, pero evidentemente le da su encanto.
