What a wonderful place

About evrything, the place was great, very clean, spacious and the garage was a first and what a great idea. I have to be careful what i say as I don't really want everyone to know how realy great this place was.

Classic Geraldton

A classic old Geraldton house converted into apartments - with wide jarrah floorboards and high ceilings. This is a great location for walking to the major spots around the town of Geraldton, especially the Museum. There is a good shopping centre within easy walking distance. A comfortable apartment with good internet and secure parking.

The apartment is set up with the basics - if you plan a longer stay you may want to bring extra kitchen supplies. The main road can be a bit noisy during the day so maybe ask for a rear apartment if this is going to bother you.

It was quite convenient for what we had to do in town.

Very close to the shopping centre, secure lock up for car,

Very good

Lockable on site parking a bonus. Nice apartment, a little bit dated but clean and reasonable value for money.

Difficult to find the access gate to get into apartment. 20 -30 minute walk to most restaurants.

Keep the excellent job

I accidentally locked ourselves outside the house but being sorted within few minutes later,the kitchen is more than what we thought the bedroom not only comfortable but a excellent sea view

Convenient, well priced, good location, close to town.

Single bedroom unit in a complex of 4. 4 single lockable garages available so you lock up your car with piece of mind. Definitely no room for a caravan/boat or trailer to park anywhere. The unit was comfortable and very clean. Cooking facilities are available with reasonable utensils to use. Bathroom spacious and functional, good water pressure available. Bed pretty comfortable and extra pillows are there if you need them. Located very close to the central part of Geraldton. Walking distance to main shopping centre with K-Mart and Coles available. Walking distance to the town centre beach (10 minutes) and numerous pubs and restaurants (max 20mins walk). Really close to many amenities within the central precinct. Would book again for sure. :-)

Because of its centralised location, it is literally on the main street of town, so there is a bit of noise you get through the night...so if you don't mind this, great place to stay, if you do mind this, perhaps rethink your booking. Couch in the lounge room probably needs replacing as it appears very worn and is a bit uncomfortable.

Champion Bay Apartments Review

Dean was very prompt to respond to our requests to extend our stay. Unit has everything you need for an extended stay, including access to a washing machine. Clean and tidy within walking distance to a shopping centre and the marina/beaches/cafes.

The only thing we can think of is that the kitchen knives need to be sharper.

A present stay , spoke to owner Jan , who phoned to see if all was OK .

Location, size of apartment, facilities . close to many shops , internet good, staff and owner very good. Car under cover and locked in.

A coffee machine, was the only item we could wish for

Walking distance to everything although on a busy road. Everything we needed was there. Undercover parking on the property was very good.

It was in a great location

the couch wasn’t very comfortable and when reclining the cover on the couch got stuck and the recline on the chair would move forward

Interesting place to stay, would happily stay again.

Nice, quirky apartment, really comfy bed (Apt 124B). Jan was super helpful getting us into the gate & lockbox so we could get the apartment keys.

The oven really smoked out the place when we heated up some food, so it must not have been cleaned very well from previous guests.

Step down to bathroom/lounge a trip/fall hazard. Bathroom door obstructs the space.

Loved my stay at Champion Beach apartments

I loved the little cottage style feel of the property. location was lovely right opposite a beautiful beach. and next to coles which made it easier for shopping.

Signage a bit difficult to see to find the entrance in the back alley way, but all good with instruction over the phone

Good but a few more creatures comforts would make it a lot better.

Great location and friendly staff.

Kitchen utensils and cups need updating. Loose floor board is dangerous. Wood floors are good but it would be good to have a rug. TV old and it would be good to have a few more channels.
