hotel rooms are spacious with great breakfast
There are no outlets beside the bed, the other outlets in the room were worn out, meaning they couldn’t hold a plug, causing equipment not to charge and this is a potential fire hazard.
The hotel wants you to pay at check-out, no matter if you have paid online in the booking.com app. this means you can’t use booking.com credit and need to contact customer service for reimbursement. hotel should just block the prepaid option!

I liked the front desk staff who were very helpful with suggestions of places to eat in Xuzhou.
Also, the food and service ( Eve Ji ) at Han Place ( hotel restaurant) was very good.
Nothing to dislike.
