Very dirty apparment

None

I am very disappointed with Kiara Apartments. Let me explain my case regarding Apartment 202 . Our arrival time had been confirmed in advance, but when we arrived, we found an elderly man still cleaning the apartment. He asked us to wait a little longer because he had not finished yet. Once we entered, we immediately realized that the cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment were in a deplorable condition. The sofa where my daughter was supposed to sleep was covered in stains, including numerous white marks on the upholstery. The kitchenette was greasy, and as we looked around, we found even more issues: the living room door was broken from the inside, there were broken glass pieces and dirt underneath the sofa, and the extractor hood was covered in what looked like years of accumulated grease. The curtains were dirty and torn. There were several broken electrical outlets and damaged skirting boards throughout the apartment. The Booking photos of the apartments clearly show a kitchenette equipped with a microwave , but there was no microwave in the apartment. We had booked accommodation for five people, yet there were not enough plates or glasses for five guests. There were no proper kitchen knives, very few utensils, and not even a mop or broom so that I could at least clean a little myself. The mattresses were terrible—old, uncomfortable, and clearly in need of replacement. The overall condition of the building was also very poor and extremely dirty. The pool area, if it can even be called that, was overgrown with weeds and showed complete neglect. The balcony and window glass were filthy. I called the manager(Diana was her name as I understood),and explained our concerns, especially regarding the sofa and the overall lack of cleanliness. Her response was unbelievable: she told me that it was August and that there was not enough time to clean properly between guests. Excuse me?

Not recommended anymore!

It was a Ukraine cleaner so unhappy, arguing ready for fight makes me feel so uncomfortable, I visited years ago and compare to now is way far different in bad way!

I only enjoyed it because of my friends and the pool.

I liked the pool inside the property.

A lot of things, like the hosting and the cleanliness.

great location, reasonable price, I'd like to visit it againe

Great location and parking. we didn't bother anyone, no one bothered us. Recommended for those who are okay with it

Of course, it is worth repairing a number of household appliances. But this is not a big problem
