It is Zurich Switzerland so everything is going to be expensive .

We have 2 traveling families and rented 2 rooms to stay for 3 nights, got an email asked if I want an extra bed for free of charge, I answer yes, when got there they put all of us (2 families) in one unfinished room, no door nob on bathroom door, bad smell of paint and wood, I asked if I can have 2 rooms as I rented, they said NO
Rented 2 rooms for 2 families, they put all of us into 1 unfinished room, the receptionist told me because I answered yes to an offer of 1 extra bed for free, I told her I don't want extra bed now, can we have 2 rooms as I rented. she said NO, she said I should have answer no to extra free bed, the room they put us in was awful, the whole building smell bad, our room smell worse, no door nob for bathroom, can't close the door while using it
