The villa was wonderful. It had been recently renovated and was in great condition. The pools were fanstastic. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Awesome to have a buggy pick us up and take us to the restaurant, as we were travelling with my elderly mother with limited mobility. Great to be there outside of school holidays so there was a great availability of pool loungers in the shade. Staff were always helpful.
The new sofas we pretty uncomfortable. And the bed in the main bedroom had a big dip in it - leaning to the outside. Mattress probably needs replacing.

The Cellar and Barrell wine list should be reviewed as this is was a little disappointing.
Also got dropped off at the Sheridan Villas - but there is no checking in there. Desk but not attended other than by security. Was a little strange.

Good size. OK pool.
We were informed the “Villa” had just been refurbished. There had obviously been a leak under the master bathroom for some time causing the metal rubbish-bin to rust leaving multiple clear lines on the tiles. There was a constant puddle in the bin’s location. Nobody did anything about an obvious problem. The fridge was so poorly installed it leaned badly to the front. Result was the door swung open rather than closed. It was so bad the door couldn’t fully open as it hit the floor. Obviously for a while as the floor had a large dent where it constantly hit. Blind on the door leading to the balcony just laid on the floor. Dragging back and forth when the door opened and closed. MINIMAL kitchenware. Many simple requirements are simply not there. One tea-towel is hardly sufficient. These were just some examples of poor maintenance for what are priced and promoted as quality. Unacceptable.

Convenient. Especially villas are great for families
Food is expensive, ventilation is not good in the restaurant. We had to wait for high chairs every time.
