Brilliant location for a short trip.

The location is perfect and central in Sopot. The appartment was clean and comfortable. Keycode system was super handy instead of having to pick up keys.

We were only given 2 rolls of toilet paper between 4 people for 3 nights, not a big deal but no one wants to be going buying toilet paper on their holiday, also no shower gel either. The location is great but it can be quite loud at night with music in neighbouring bars/restaurants.

Very good

Quite tiny apartment but with all necessary things inside. Was cosy and comfortable .

The apartment has a code for entry what is amazing. The idea of making it easy and comfortable is great, however to make someone go over 1km to pick up the entry chip as apparently the entry code for main doors doesn't work is funny. Also not to be able to leave the chip in the apartment on your check-out is another minus, as they make people go again, over 1km to give the cheap back (apparently due to no extra chip in the office which I find even more funny) The idea of code entry is amazing and very European but the execution of that idea is quite poor.

Disappointing

The location is perfect.

It was extremely dirty when we moved in. We made pictures and sent them to ask for one more cleaning. It was so dirty, that we even had some trash behind the bed. Pipes in the washroom were clogged. We called on the first day to ask for a plumber. They promised a plumber would come the next day. It had never happened. So, water was not leaving one of the sinks. Moreover, the pipe got clogged in the shower few days prior to the end of our trip. We knew we shall not expect a plumber after the experience with the sink.

Exceptional

Close to everything, safe, quiet, elevator, TVs in all rooms, nice decor , loved the location, restaurants near by, parking for our vehicle , 2 bathrooms, nice sunny kitchen ,balcony . Despite the lack of cleanliness I thought it was a great apartment, nice staff, amazing location, I felt safe and loved my stay

Apartment was pretty dirty, curtains were black ,it needs a deep clean, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, only one key for everyone in the apartment to share, no pillows or blankets in the living room

Big and roomy; pretty place in Sopot

Big, roomy, well decorated and pretty, fully stocked, fairly clean and undamaged, perfect location, up to date technology, and room for 8-10 if you include the sofa beds in the living room. Well worth every penny!

Why was the exact location hidden? Our train was an hour late, so we started drinking... We didn't notice a separate piece of paper in the envelope with a completely different address than the website and email. And why so many keys?!? Also; it's hard to heat the living room and main bedroom; they're too big. Wifi could also be stronger; it wasn't working great from the balcony.

Very good

Location was great! Large enough for a family of 5. Parking under the building.

Rental office is off site, have to pick up and drop off keys about 7 minutes by car from rental property.

Good

The checking office is far away from the premisses, what makes you spent extra money with transportation. They charge a deposit (300pln) that they promise to return in a maximum 14. It's been more then 15 days and I still haven't received the money back.
