Very friendly and helpful staff.
Comfortable room with a great shower - excellent water pressure and full size toiletries in the bathroom.
Quiet in the room. Efficient air conditioning. Very good blinds which make it dark in the room.
I would recommend opting for a larger room - we had 601 and it is a corner room with windows on two sides.
Only a short walk to the metro station.
Kennedy Town swimming pool is well worth a visit - two Olympic pools - one indoor and one outdoor. Spa pool (not hot) indoors. 17HKD midweek/19HKD weekends.
The A1 Bakery nearby is great for takeaway breakfast and snacks - very fresh.
Mendel’s Bagels is nearby and is great for breakfast.
Lovely fruit stall on the corner between the hotel and the metro station. Six dragon fruit for 20HKD!

Great location - within minutes of the tram, buses and MTR - and in the heart of Kennedy Town.
We stayed for four nights and a linen refresh would have been nice in the middle of that time.

Great value 2-bed suite. Stayed as family with 9 mth baby. Friends lent us a travel cot - hotel were helpful allowing them to set up for us before we arrived. Kettle, microwave and fridge in room.

The location is excellent. The check in & check out process was fast and easy.
The glass door in the bathroom couldn't close tight and the bathroom could be wet after shower. You have to be very careful.
The quilt wasn't warm enough for winter. When I asked for an additional quilt, the response wasn't very pleasant but ai eventually got a blanket for free.
