Good value for the price

The location is great - very close to the seafront, MTR station and tram stop, also many nice coffee shops and restaurants around. I also like the view with boats and ships just in front. The room is quite spacious for HK housing. Overall, it's a good value for the price.

I had some noisy neighbors who started phone calls at 6 am, not a problem of the hotel though.

The bed is very comfy. I like everything about the room.

There is no reception area where you can wait. There is no breakfast.

Convenient but not great

Location great, very close to metro and lots of restaurants nearby.

Bathroom was dark, and not as clean as could be.

good location for travel, close to bus and mrt. room is comfortable and clean, have all convenient things for use. feel safety in this zone , many food around there. easy to go travel around hongkong.

Great stay and very friendly staff

Room was large and spacious, Location was perfect for my work, Room was clean however had some early issues with the toilet which were resolved.

WiFi was sometimes poor and intermittent.

Exceptional

Location near to all kinds of transportation. 2-bedroom apartment spacious with view, nice to have small dining table and chairs and sofa, at home atmosphere! Check-in and check-out process easy and prompt. We’ve arrived early and was able to check into room, very accommodating staff! Will want to stay there again!

It's good for this price. It's highly affordable and it's close to Kennedy Town MTR station.

The room size is reasonable and the things I need (e.g., slippers, hair dryer, bottle water) are all available.

The washroom is a bit small.

like the floor without carpet . overall the room is tidy

noisy at morning time outside my room due to the staffs work for the cleaning jobs…. especially the vacuum machine…. feels disturbing

excellent location, staff's friendly attitude , good price, charming view from our apartment

early one morning, there was a false fire alarm that lasted over 7 minutes. the noise was blasting too loudly that we never went back to sleep. they said it's a system fault.
