Fantastic hospitality

Comfortable homely and spacious apartment and the hosts really couldn’t do enough for you. Lovely spot with a nice walk to the main square for drinks and food

Excellent boutique style in a lovey part of France

Lovely welcome by the host. Location for Emyet was perfect. Very quite and cool.

Nothing we can think of..? Possibly automatic PIR lights for the stairs? Although the switchet timing ones are adequate

Incredible host, pretty property, every detail catered for.

Leann is an exceptional host, so welcoming and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, she is truly a perfect host. Coffee was ready in the coffee machine, a lovely box of goodies was there for us on arrival. Even shower gel in the shower, we could not have asked for more.

The absolutely only thing we would have really loved was outside space for us to enjoy our breakfast/ a glass of wine (or two) in the evening. This is an impossible ask due to the actual structure and layout of the property. It is a wish, but impossible for Leann and Guy to achieve.

We spent three days in Eymet. Leeann and Guy's place was the perfect spot to base ourselves

We absolutely loved our stay in Maison 20. The accommodation was beautifully and tastefully furnished. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was a very generous welcome pack. The bathroom was a good size and spotless. Within easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants though nice and quiet. Our host Leann could not have been more helpful with tips and advice about the town and the local areas.

Lovely charming apartment in a pretty location

A really lovely apartment and a very warm welcome from the hosts.

Arriving on a sunday meant no shops open to buy provisions so a small welcome hamper with a few basics would have been very gratefully received.

We felt at home, and the breakfast is simply divine with homemade muffins, some croissants and a fresh bread loaf.

It was our second stay at this property, and this time we chose the 2-bedroom apartment. It was as beautiful, as clean and as delightful as the one-bedroom apartment we used this summer. What we particularly liked was the personal touches such as the “Welcome back” note left in the apartment, and the complimentary bottle of wine + 2 amazing bags of homemade cookies left next to the note. Host really makes you feel welcome, so we really recommend this property! Our kids loved the cookies!!

Absolutely Fantastic

wow! just wow! this is the kind of apartment you want in every location you stay in. The apartment is well equipped with anything you want for a vacation. It is beautiful. The bed is luxurious. You feel like the princess and the pea sleeping in it. The owners cannot do enough for you. Truly a superb stay. Do order the breakfast. We didn’t and I feel may have missed out, given the friands we were treated to…

Perfect from beginning to end!

The apartment is very well decorated, super clean and very well located in the center of Eymet. Owners are super friendly, very accommodating. We ordered breakfast and it was delivered to our doorsteps with croissants, freshly baked muffins and bread. We had marmelade, butter, yogurts, milk, a coffee pot (for us to use whenever needed) and a kettle (with a large tea box containing a choice of several tea flavors). Everything was just perfect!

Great apartment, great location, great village.

Fantastic spacious apartment in a superb position close to everything that buzzes in Eymet. Creatively decorated with character and charm and equipped with all you need to be comfortable. Warm welcome from hostess Leeanne who's entertaining insightful stories are simply a delight. I'm sorry we didn't have time to chat for longer. Thank you for a truly lovely stay.

We just stayed here for 3 nights and it was wonderful! Leeann was the most accommodating host. She was so helpful and kind! The apartment is gorgeous and had everything we needed and it’s only a 2 minute walk to the town centre so a fantastic location! Would definitely recommend!

charming spacious apartment in the heart of this lovely town.

lovely first floor apartment, tastefully decorated with everything we could need for our stay. very comfortable extra large bed and plenty of storage space. The owners gave thought thus through so well.

Impeccable quality accommodation

It's 9 years since we stayed at Maison 20 and in that time Leanne has maintained the highest standards of accommodation. Comfort and cleanliness were impeccable and the welcome we received was wonderful.

Everthing about Maison No 20 was lovely. Leeann and Guy were perfect hosts. Leeann was great and very helpful. Fresh muffins every morning ! The location is excellant and we had a great stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and facilities.

Breakfast good, apartment way exceeded my expectations. Excellent location and easy parking. Everything was excellent and en-suite shower room to both large bedrooms was a plus.

We had a very pleasant stay and we can wholeheartedly recommend it!

Nice and clean apartment with lots of space and fully equipped with everything you might need. We rented the one bedroom apartment which has a big comfortable bed and a regular shower. The hospitality is top-notch. Really couldn’t have wished for more. For example, upon arrival we were greeted by one of the hosts and she walked us through the apartment and left us with wine, homemade cookies and a handwritten schedule with activities in Eymet and neighboring villages. Every morning there was a basket with a variety of bread and cake at our doorstep. One of us has a severe allergy for nuts and peanuts and that was taken very seriously. The apartment is easy to reach and parking is not a problem. Your options are the apartment garage, street parking and free public parking. Occasionally you will bump into Leeann or Guy and will be greeted with a nice chat and loads of new ideas. You should probably stretch your booking by a few days ;-) TL;DR: We had a very pleasant stay and we can wholeheartedly recommend it!

Exceptional

Great place with fantastic owners who can't do enough to make your stay comfortable and well-informed about local attractions and events. The apartments are beautifully furnished and finished and the beds large and comfortable. The location is fantastic, literally a minute from the main square in Eymet with its restaurants, cafes and a very good bakery. Highly recommended.

Very Comfortable Accommodation in an Excellent Location for Touring

We rented the one bed apartment in early June. Leeann met us on arrival talked us through the choice of restaurants and places to visit. There was also a bottle of wine and cookies to greet us and they were great. The apartment was lovely with lots of space. The kitchen was well equipped, the sofa comfortable and there was English TV if you wanted it. The bedroom was stylishly decorated and the bed exceptionally comfortable. Good quality linen and towels. Shower gel, moisturizer, hand soap, and washing up liquid all provided as well as toilet paper and kitchen paper. The apartment is right in Eymet so close to all shops and restaurants. Easy parking all around.

Nothing really. If you have mobility problems bear in mind that our apartment was on the second floor and the steps might cause you problems. There are apartments lower down. Also the shower is in the bath rather than a separate shower unit and getting into the bath might also be difficult. It was fine for us.
