Staff, staff and staff - excellent staff which will be the only reason I will go back if I do. Spa was amazing the masseuse Nguri was so good - best massage of my life.
Rooms are in bad shape and the duty manager moved me to better room to make us comfortable. Excellent person indeed.
Internet sucks, TV never functioned, food - it appeared that same food is getting recycled next day in a different form, either in breakfast or dinner. Buffet, though inexpensive, was not so tempting. No human factor design in the bathrooms. Taps and tissue rolls are placed without consideration to human factors. No towel napkins. Instead they keep tissue box that eventually gets wet in the cramped up bathroom counter.
No look or feel of Radisson.

Good location, a good variety of food, and comfortable rooms.
The gym is smaller than an economy-class seat — definitely not suitable for a proper workout.

The staff members are great and very helpful. The spa service in asaka is amazing. 100% recommend it
My first room smelt bad. When I first mentioned it they offered air freshening service but after the 3rd day and multiple attempts, I asked to change room. They did act on that quickly when I asked to changed the room. And then it was great.
And we were there for breakfast at 7 am and there was hardly anything served. The dining was closed which was inconvenient but unavoidable I suppose
