Convenient location: just a 15 minute walk to the train station + 10 to Città Alta.
Friendly and responsive host: not only he welcomed me but also gave advice in a few great restaurants, and, when a friend joined me for a night, provided bedding on request.
Comfortable and modern stay: the place is airy and spacious, with all required essentials.

Lovely hostess (Thanks Cezare!) Who helps in any matter.
Very good location, very clean room, comfortable bed, beautiful window view
Very basic accommodation
I made a mistake and booked a small room without a kitchen and without a table + chairs, and since we stayed few days it was missing

The location is perfect, nothing to complain. Close to everything: Citta Alta, train station, restaurants & shops, bus stops. Cesare, the host, was exceptionally friendly and very helpful! It was okay overall.
I think the value for money is lacking a bit. The decoration is quite dated, the 2 single beds as one bed is quite uncomfortable to sleep as a couple. There is no real curtain, so it's really bright during the evening. There was no option to have breakfast included. As a "B&B", why wouldn't it be included? Very odd. I think the prices should be cheaper for what you get, or they should renovate and make it more stylish, comfortable and add some character. Tea bags seemed really old. Wifi was very unstable. Water in shower didn't warm up one morning.
