Hôtel des Bains 24h 7j Paris centre à 10 min

Safe location for a lone female traveller, the area and hotel are lovely and good value for money. Couple of shops nearby, and perfect location for getting quickly into the heart of Paris. Room had a fan for during the heatwave which was very much appreciated!

My husband and I stayed here for a 3 day weekend in June and it was perfect!! If you're a pretty easygoing traveler with minimal needs, you'll likely love this place. If you're expecting something super fancy, this probably isn't the right stay for you. We needed somewhere with 24 hr check in since we were flying in late (and their 24 hr check in was amazing). Their staff was very helpful, they were very responsive with our questions before we arrived, about the local transportation. Our room got cleaned everyday and they provided soap and towels. The location was perfect for us! There is a train station and several bus stops within a couple blocks. There's a grocery store on the next block. The area overall was super cute, safe, and convenient. I would absolutely recommend if you're wanting to stay close to downtown Paris, without the downtown prices.

The room is tight for sure. As I mentioned, if you're looking for luxury... this isn't it. But we were just looking for something that was a good value, location, price, and met our needs. Mostly we just needed a place to shower and sleep. The bathroom was tiny, but very functional. The shower was also definitely small and had a little mildew, but that's kinda to be expected in such a hot/humid climate with no bathroom fan or A/C. They could definitely do a little better on cleaning the mildew off the shower walls, but it wasn't any crazy mold or anything. Definitely not a dealbreaker in my eyes. Speaking of the no A/C though... it was hot. The fan in the room helped a ton, but I'd suggest requesting if they could get the fan turned on in your room prior to arriving;) We always woke up feeling much cooler in the mornings though and we'd open our windows at night and that'd help a lot. Again, it would get a little hot, but still wasn't a dealbreaker for us, especially for the location and value.
