Cedric is a very friendly and helpful host. The location in the 10th Arrondissement is great for local restaurants, bars, the New Morning jazz club and the Gare du Nord station. The room is comfortable, clean, cozy and well equipped, with a pleasant ensuite bathroom. A good breakfast is provided. We will definitely stay here again!

Cédric m’a très bien accueilli dans son appartement et j’ai pu déposer ma valise en arrivant le matin.
La chambre est très confortable et joliment décorée , de même que l’appartement qui est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût.
La chambre donne sur une rue assez passante mais avec le double vitrage on n’entend aucun bruit.
Il y a 2 stations de métro à proximité
Le quartier est assez populaire mais cela fait le charme de Paris
Les toilettes et la salle d’eau ne sont pas dans la chambre mais c’est normal car on est accueilli dans un appartement privé et Cédric est très discret.

We verbleven een aantal dagen in deze kleine B&B en het was een heel persoonlijke ervaring. Cédric, de host, woont er zelf samen met zijn zoontje en kat, wat meteen een huiselijke sfeer geeft in plaats van het gevoel van een anonieme kamer.
Cédric nam echt de tijd voor ons. Hij leerde mijn zoon en mij hoe je perfecte scrambled eggs maakt, en we hadden een leuk babbel met hem. Op de tweede dag had hij het ontbijt zelfs helemaal afgestemd op onze voorkeuren, zonder dat we daar expliciet om gevraagd hadden. Niets was hem te veel moeite.
