Good size room. Bed was firm which is standard in Japan.
I booked a room with a washing machine which was a washer/dryer combo. Easy to operate and an excellent 15 minute wash cycle.
Very close to Monzen-Nakacho station and in a lovely quiet area with a temple and shrine nearby.
Lots of convenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.

The position is good and there are many restaurants near by. Staff were kind and lend us umbrellas when it was raining.
Could be cleaner.

We loved the location, it was near a train station as well as a couple of convenience stores. Staff were friendly.
