The Angel & Blue Pig

Very well situated in middle of high street with parking , it took us 3 attempts to find the parking :- as not well advertised.

The flights of stairs . Iam a fit 60 year old lady and found the stairs a bit much climbing to the top floor to reach our room. It’s an old quaint building with bags of character. Also being on high street we had quite alot of interrupted sleep due to scafolders and market people setting up early

Allocated Room 12 ..which us a bit of a hike up the atairs with your bags. But you are rewarded ,with a fantastic space on 2 levels, with a commanding view. Beautufully decorated, with a large shower room. Loads of mirrors, which would have made the wife very happy. That room made my stay very enjoyable. Only downside was very low pressure in the shower, a drencher it wasnt, probably because of its position. That in no way is a complaint, just a point, that if improved would give the room an 11 out if 10.

Cobwebs inside the window spaces.
