Nice and central. Old English pub so creaky floors and older furniture. Good bed. Room warm and fan provided. Breakfast very good 👍🏻 Staff welcoming

The staff are helpful
The white Lion Breakfast was rubbish. Being in a group of six after the order was taken we waiting along time before it served up, staff did apologise. You needed a chainsaw to cut the toast and the black pudding was so hard l thought l was danger of breaking my teeth.
