Everything ranging from the simplicity of check-in, friendliness of staff to the cleanliness of the hotel overall and the room.
One major point is the lack of a night light that remains on during the night which makes it difficult to navigate the path to the bathroom at night in the dark.

立地、掛川城が見えるビュー、チェックアウトの簡潔さ。
水を冷蔵庫に入れていただいていたのはとても嬉しかったのですが、事前に教えてほしかったです。せめて、チェックイン時に、「お部屋にミネラルウォーターがあります」とアナウンスが欲しかったです。チェックインして自動販売機で水を購入してから部屋に入り、冷蔵庫に水があることに気づき、がっかりしました。
チェックインが機械だったことは問題ないのですが、入力内容など、もっと簡潔にスムーズにしてもらえるとさらにスマートだと思います。

お風呂が、気持ちよかったけど全てが狭くて
人が来たら居られない距離感だった
無料の、アイスなどは嬉しいが休憩するところが狭過ぎて人が1人いたら居られない。。
駐車場の説明がなく、受付時に払ったのでそのもまチェックアウト後出ようとしたら出れず後続車に迷惑をかけてしまった。電話したらQR持って来てくれたが初めから説明してくれたら良かった。
