The location and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with basic amenities: fridge, AC, WiFi. Very comfy bed and pillows. Close to the cafes and restaurants. They can also arrange the activities/day trips for you.
No hot water. Essentially, no window (small window facing the wall of another building). Booking.com listing had pictures of another room with big window. I probably wouldn’t have booked the room if I knew that there is no window.

Good lication. Staffs are are generally good.
Rooms are not generally cleaned unless you call them. Rooms are stuffy. Previous days left over breakfast was served. Bottle filled water served and not mineral water. They charged me 70/80 dollars a day which seemed expensive comparing to facilities.
