Fabulous pool size! Was perfect for when hot sunny day. The staff were so helpful with booking our train ticket. Much appreciated
Their coffee are always lukewarm or cold... No bar area for me to order drinks whilst sunbathing.

Flexibility. happy to help , mostly the guy during the day turn, he helped us to get by in Fes.
that since my flight got cancelled because of the Spain outage, airline got us free accommodation in another hotel , and we knew this as we arrived and they wouldn't leave us leave without paying, sometimes there are time where ppl has to be aware the this kind of things happen and be empathetic.
Breakfast has room to improve.
