Great location, friendly staff who were more than accommodating in changing our room for us!
Whilst the breakfast option was very small, but appreciated, I don’t think this should be labelled as breakfast ‘included’ and we were only told about this one day prior to our stay. Parking is also not included, factor this into your cost.

The location is great. It‘s in the heart of the city bit in a side alley and therefore its garden is nice and quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, giving me tons of information upon arrival.
I was unhappy to receive an email one day in advance telling me that they don‘t serve their usual breakfast any more. Instead you get a coffee, a baked-off croissant and some watermelon. That‘s okay but I booked the accomodation because of its high-rated breakfast. Informing me it doesn‘t exist any more one day before arrival feels like false advertising. In addition, the shower was in a bad condition and the shower door fell off its hinges more than once.

The place was very central. I liked the housekeeper a lot.
The place was very expensive for the amenities. The bathroom was extremely small and outdated. The room was small and the WiFi was extremely patchy. The breakfast, while nicely prepared by very friendly staff, was nothing cooked or that we could not get at the corner shop. I want to stress that the staff was fine, but the prices were very expensive for the services.
