Location, size and look

We had two power cuts when we had a few appliances on at the same time and we got locked in because the gate was broken

We had an amazing time

We loved every Thing, Georgie and reception were great, the apartment was clean, close to Beach and we had many facilties available near us.

Good location in a nice complex but apartment decor is dated.

Great location for Marbella and PB. A pool right outside the property was great and parking close to the apartment. The supermarket on site is fantastic.

Was a bit dated and was missing simple things like a toaster. Furniture was a bit old and basic.

Very good

The Villa was lovely, set in a quiet residential street. It has been well maintained and is fully equipped. The swimming pool was right outside the back patio gate. The pool has a beautiful garden surround and this area is immaculately kept.

The Villa is a little out of town so in the heat of summer a car is a must. (Though we survived with ubers and taxis.)

Huge apartment and a short taxi to the port

Huge apartment, lots of communal space, outdoor area and two bathrooms was very handy. We organised Ubers to get around from immediately outside the room, which was great.

Unfortunately, the apartment smelt of stale smoke when you returned to it each time. This must be lingering from previous occupiers. Perhaps it could be suggested that it's non-smoking inside with signs up, as this is really off-putting for people who do not smoke. Everything else was great.

Amazing

The location was good, not far in a taxi to Puerto Banus centre. Pools were lovely. The buildings and surrounding areas were beautiful.

We were in 2 apartments which were located a good 5/10mins away, would have been nice to be closer.

Will come back, but I'm expecting a refund for the hot water that was not convenient in the flat.

The water was boiling in the parental room, so we didn't use at all the bathroom, only the small one, for the family. And I needed a key because the code was useless.

Wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here. Definitely would recommend.

The property was very clean, very friendly staff, with greats restaurant on the compound and plenty of parking. The pool was also a great bonus. Felt very comfortable and homely at the property. There was also timely assistance via Whatsapp.

Ideally, you need a car. Also the reception was a bit tricky to find.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. The management of this place is an absolute disgrace. We stayed for a week and cleaned the place spotl

The staff are scammers who like to pray on young people’s income by making up false accusations and taking full deposits without any just reasoning. They lied and would not provide proof of damage for 3 weeks just to take my deposit and were extremely rude in the process.

convenient spacious property but no wow factor

spacious three bed end of terrace villa is handy location

interior rather tired now - old appliances need update like wash machine and fridge. mattress in main bedroom too small for the bed frame.

Good value flat in a nice complex near amenities but in need of some updating.

The pool was lovely and so were the grounds. The flat was quite big and worked well for 6 adults.

The property was dated and in need of some renovations. The boiler and air con were not working. However, within 20mins of messaging someone was there to help. They organised maintenance to come round who did fix the boiler but not the air con. This would have been an issue if it was any hotter.

overall great and enjoyed it, if been picky small details let it down for the price.

space, location, environment and garden was nice.

kitchen wasn’t equipped well with basics such as a chopping board, microwave didn’t work well, and toaster kept blowing the fuse box. patio furniture seats were old and wrong cushions wasn’t very inviting.

Good location and beautiful environment. Very comfort apartment, clean with nice furniture

Portal web instruction on how to check-in together with digital code key made easy enterance.

The apartment was at second floor without elevator, so taking luggage to second floor was not easy.

Nice spacious apartment, friendly staff and careful cleaning. We asked for a sunny terrace and got one.

The chairs and sunbeds on the terrace were in really poor condition and dirty. Frying pans and pots should be renewed immediately. It would be good to paint the surfaces.

Beautiful apartments with plenty of space and a lovely pool but an ant infestation did ruin it a little.

Beautiful looking apartments, very Spanish. lots of space within the flats. Great to have a restaurant and large supermarket on site. Really lovely swimming pool.

We had ants in the apartment, even crawling on the bed. We also didn’t have a wine bottle opener and the blinds broke during our stay.

Peaceful location with lovely pool and ample street parking

Delightful house with close access to swimming pool and ample parking outside property. Large excellent supermarket within walking distance as were the reception staff who were friendly and helpful.

It was too far to walk with children to restaurants in the evening and we were pleased we had hired a car

very bad communication and was given wrong info on multiple occasions regarding check in and damage deposit fees. we were a group of 10 so had booked 2x the 3 bed apartment and they put us in two apartments which were quite far away from each other. location is quite far away from the marina area, about 30 minute walk at least

Brillaint stay

Apartments were very clean and well furnished. The supermarket was very handy and the main town centre was litually 6/7 minute drive away. I would definitely recommend.

Our particular apartments backyard didn't see alot of the sun but we didn't mind too much as we were either out or around the pool. Apart from that I really can't fault it.

with the family so we enjoyed ourselves and great restaurant on site and great supermarket

the space inside was good with plenty of bathrooms and sitting areas plus comfy beds once we got pillows from the housekeeper

the outside area is terrible .. seating is dirty and shabby, bbq was filthy .. needs updating and modernising
