Soggiorno nel complesso piacevole

Appartamenti ineccepibili, design e architettura notevoli, interni armoniosi, ben studiati e ricchissimi di punti luce di ogni tipo. Camere deliziose, materassi confortevoli, soggiorno ampio e piacevole, vetrata sulla via principale senza prezzo. Cucina ben accessoriata, servizi deliziosi, lavastoviglie piccola ma pratica. Frigo e microonde giusto, peccato per la mancanza del forno. 2 bagni per separare i servizi, completano un appartamento decisamente interessante, in particolare per la posizione straordinaria e il rapporto qualità-prezzo a San Candido.

Miglioramenti che consiglio: - attenzione alla pulizia del paviamento, briciole e polvere presenti del precedente soggiorno, - dotare l'appartamento di una scopa (presenti solo paletta e spazzola tipo set da camino), - possibilità di abbassare il riscaldamento sotto la temperatura minima impostata di 19°, abbiamo sempre dormito con la finestra a vasista per il caldo, - check-out possibile oltre le ore 9.00, un po' presto in alcuni casi, - sulle istruzioni per l'uso della piastra, andrebbe indicato che occorre utilizzare esclusivamente stoviglie per induzione, - se il cliente utilizza un cuscino o un piumone in più (dotazione peraltro presente nell'armadio) non lo chiamerei l'indomani del check-out per chiedere se è stato introdotto in struttura qualcuno a loro insaputa. Non è per nulla elegante. Non migliorabile e da valutare: - parcheggio non diretto, non presenti carrelli in aiuto e se si viaggia con molte valigie mettere in conto di fare diversi viaggi. Inverno su superficie ghiacciata non il massimo - reception rispondente alla cassa del negozio, non pratica se presenti molti clienti e soprattutto se si ha bisogno di aiuto nell'appartamento, perchè privo di telefono interno e occorre uscire dalla struttura per raggiungerli.

Fairytale landscape in the surroundings!!

The apartment is very recently renovated, nice equipment. Underground parking ca 100 m from the apartment, very comfortable. Apartment is just in the centre of Innichen/San Candido.

The apartment is stated for 4 persons, but it is quite difficult to accommodate all into one table. And very surprised, that the toilet flush did not work, in the apartment of such price category.

the location was perfect. host were kind and whenever I had a request, could get a quick response. the apartment was new and very clean. the parking space was perfect, too.

we were groupd of fous. I know there's a sofabed which wasn't exactly square shape. was bit uncomfortable. also comparing other apartments we've stayed, there were less kitchen equipment or no soap, detergents etc...

lovely place!

perfect location, enjoyed San Candido a lot. many things to explore and enjoy as family

the room was not ready as we arrived at 18:00. we didn’t get directions email in advance.

only the location

The walls are very thin so you can hear everything the neighbors do, like everything! Bed was not very comfortable because it was quite old. It misses all the basic amenities like salt, pepper, any cooking oil, a coffee/tea maker etc, a iron and board and basically anything you basically need when you rent a apartment for a holiday. Luckily we only stayed here for a night since it was just a easy stop on our roadtrip.

Splendid hotel in the center of Innichen. Perfect balcony mountains view. Very clean and comfortable room. We had a huge appartements with a big dining room and terrace. Need to say very kind words about personnel, very pleasant people. Our stay in Innechen was unforgettable. Best recommendations.
