An average stay which is not expected from a Hilton property.

The room is good

The food is not so great..very average. The spa staff are not well trained as well as no cordination between them regarding communication of booking of slots!

Comfortable stay in a Business Hotel

The size of the room is very big. Comfortable bed. The sofa is a nice addition. Breakfast spread was amazing. Staff were very friendly and attended to all my needs. Location is based on your need and it suited us very well.

The rooms are very dated and needs urgent refurbishment. Inside of cupboards didnt look clean as the woodwork is very old. The balcony in the room couldn’t be used as it was not cleaned and very dirty. Another thing which turned me off was that mid-day amid such hot weather, the lobby AC dosen’t work. Don’t like to sweat while inside the hotel and eating breakfast. Complained about it every day of my stay. But to no avail.

Pathetic hospitality pathetic hotel

Nothing as such and as per expectation. Pathetic hospitality and pathetic rooms

We kept awake for the whole night as the refrigerator kept buzzing on our head for the whole night, the equipments in the room were too old, kettle was unclean, towels were all yellowish and old, i asked for assistance in operating the washing machine at the reception but nobody came for assistance, in the morning when i went to discuss the refrigerator issue with the manager he asked me i why I haven’t complained in the night, he wants me to call someone at the middle of the night when my daughter was in deep sleep, such a bad hospitality and also nothing worth the money, i went to enjoy my vacation but i was depressed for the whole night and was forced to change the hotel next day

It was nice. But that's all. Did not feel the luxury in any part of my stay.

Hospitable, very caring staff-interactive and reassuring, breakfast spread was nice!

Property needs a major maintenance, witnessing cockroach in the room was just not acceptable. Furnishings needs an upgrade, room freshner was a necessity- room smelled like cigerette smoke. Felt like a lodging instead of double tree standard rooms.

Superb

I was on diet and surprisingly could get a very healthy breakfast choices (Oats based dishes, boiled vegetables, salads etc). Restaurant staff are very friendly and hardworking.

They should upgrade their Access Cards as it fails to work in the lift, I had to try few times to make it work :)

they didn’t provide the breakfast after charging premium room rate. Bad business policy.

Overall the facilities were good and beds very comfortable. That’s all we needed for a two day stay.

isolated and little away from the traffic. Quite spacious rooms. Woodwork looks strained and requires maintenance but did not affect our stay.

Water leaking out of the shower area into area close to the toilet bowl. Restaurant staff needs to pay more attention.

Some hits, some misses

The property is clean. Kitchen staff were exceptional. We were traveling with our one year old and they made sure all of us were comfortable. The kitchenette can be better equipped, however it was very helpful while traveling with a toddler, hence we preferred this property.

Our booking did not go through online since our phone ran out of charge. Since it was an emergency trip, we came to the property within an hour of looking up the reservations online, but were told that they were sold out. At 11:50pm in the night, we had to find a coffee shop, charge our phones and then found out that rooms were, in face, available online. We made the booking, went back and the front desk flatly told us they don't accept direct bookings, hence the refusal. With a baby in tow and considering the time of the night, it was very disappointing first experience with the front desk staff, especially since everyone else thereon were extremely courteous. Some humanity would go a long way in building the brand
