The service here is outstanding across all departments like security, reception, housekeeping, and all the managers in F&B and everywhere else are highly professional.
At the F&B, Mr. Raj provided great service that deserves recognition.
I was also immensely impressed by Mr Sandeep; during a service mishap where he accidentally spilled tea on himself, he changed and returned to duty within minutes without missing a beat.
Furthermore, a young lady named Priscilla provided wonderful service, ensuring we felt completely cared for.
All the managers and other staff provided outstanding hospitality all around, therefore we are staying 3 more nights!

Location is on the road. Easy access. Rooms are good. Suites have kitchen facilities which is helpful.

Staff was very cordial and helpful.Ppl at reception, staff attending in the dining area, housekeeping, all very very cordial and helpful. The staff attending us in the dining area were very polite and eager to help making each meal we had there a happy experience.
The room mainttenance is very poor, cracks and smudges at many places, a central pillar kinda thing in between the room was very ugly and inconvenient,. This was not seen in the hotel room pics we saw while booking the room so we cud have taken a better decision to stay or not to stay here. Room seemed in serious need of some repairs. Tiles in the shower area came off during use of the shower so very unpleasant and can cause potential injury too. Sadly the room there fore did not live upto expectation from a Hilton suites property point of view for us,
