Clean room, small fridge for basic items and nice balcony to enjoy the mountains and town atmosphere. Managed to score a parking spot - very limited and you have to pay. Breakfast was great, plenty of variety and served at good times! Staff were friendly and proactive.
The central location is a blessing and a curse. Hard to drive to the parking spot (if you get one) at busy times with people everywhere on foot but manageable.

No Air Conditioning in the heat was not what I expected.
My fault for not checking if the hotel had A/C or not.
