Staff were amazing and very attentive.

Beautifully decorated rooms with free standing bath in this sympathetically restored old building.
All the amenities and facilities expected in a 4 star hotel. Very comfortable large bed.
Staff were fantastic too.
From the outside looks like an average pub. But the rooms are stunning.

I had an excellent customer experience. Between booking and arrival I broke my ankle. When I contacted Broad Leys they put me in a downstairs room which made my visit possible. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was very welcome in the hot weather. Many thanks for your help.

We have stayed before & it is local to the places we visit. The room & the facilities are comforting.
I had paid in advance . When my partner checked in before me ,she was charged again. It was only in loose conversation the next morning I discovered this. I approached staff & it was refunded but I did not readily accept the reason why it happened & I believe Bookin.com should investigate so that other unsuspecting guests do not fall into the same trap. This should not be happening.
The breakfast service was slow,slovenly & irritating.
