The pool - it is close to (10 min by car) a couple of Nice beaches. Aircondition and two separate bedrooms - a Big kitchen. Functional.

It needs renovation. Outdated inside and out. Eg. could not lock the door to the house. The manager of the property did not fix it.

Villa is nice, cozy, clean, with complete amenities. Bed is comfortable. Good swimming pool and jacuzzi

The villa was very clean and fully equipped! Location perfect! (5 minutes from the beach, 8 minutes from the super market). The owner Fabrice is very friendly and helpful! All in all a great experience! Thanks!

The villa can use a some modernization / interior design twist. Right now it’s quite functional, i.e. not as cozy as it could be.

No sea view although it was supposed, very old table tenis without a shelter, illogic age limitations for jacuzzi,

Nice view of the hills, with a little bit of the sea, behind. The place was extremely calm in the night. I had plenty of room. Big kitchen with all the needed tools, even a wash machine for the clothes. One large terrace was covered (pleasant to be outside while raining), the other one uncovered (wood floor). In 9' drive, there was a very modern shopping center (bread, food), and about 4' drive, the beach. The E-bikes center was about 10' drive. So very good located.

Apartment was awful, especially the bathroom...full of ants and bees in the garden...pictures in Booking.com show much better apartments.... The place is in the countryside, you will need the car to go anywhere. The owner said that we got what we paid but for almost 250€ per night we found it terribly overpriced, We wished We didn’t pay in advance, get money back and look for a more suitable place...happy today to leave!!!

Very quiet and nice place, nice view from the apartament and helpful staff! Not far from the beautiful beach !
