The treehouses were amazing! Very authentic and really immersed in the forest! The rubber boats that were available as well as the canoes were a nice touch!

Really amazing place to stay - saw so many amazing animals, and the treehhouses are really nice and private. Ours happened to have an outdoor shower as well, and while showering there were monkeys in the trees above us, really cool! The chocolate and coffee tour thing was really fun as well.
Some of the window panels in the bedroom near the ceiling were missing or just never existed - so bugs very easily able to get in and the AC had to work rather hard to make the room a good temperature - doesn't seem efficient for an eco hotel (we had friends staying in a more modern treehouse that didn't have this issue so not all of them have it). Also the guided animal spotting tours are really overpriced - they block off parts of the trails near the hotel so you have to book a guided tour to see certain areas.

Brilliant location and great staff. Particular mention to Natalie, Henry, the guides, Antonio and Marcos and to Julio and his his family who have created a brilliant must visit location in Costa Rica. We also loved the tree houses!

Very nice setting, many birds and other animals, nice staff
terrible beds, lousy shower, very old room, no mosquito net, chaos on online tour bookings, wanted to charge double even so already paid online, food below average, check out not possible to pay by credit card suddenly machine did not work
