Fantastic 3 day stay

Location and view. Stunning

No long length mirror. Few kitchen essentials like salt pepper oil would have been great. We didn’t use the tv but could definitely be larger for the size of the room.

Lovely apartment with spacious terrace and lovely restaurants nearby.

The apartment was really spacious, the lounge area was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. The terrace was huge with lovely quality furniture and plenty of room to dine outside and relax on a sofa or sunbed.

The access to the pool area was quite easy as it was located in the hotel next door, but the area was a little tired looking with astro turf and sunbeds that had seen better days. The pool itself was clean and it looked nice from afar, but just needs some new furniture and a flooring that doesn't burn your bare feet when you walk on it.

Calm, quiet luxurious apartment

Luxurious, well appointed, large apartment in a fabulous position opposite a quiet marina.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that most balconies ( floors 1-3 ) got only a slither of direct sun during the day. Floor 4 ( top floor) with no balconies above to block it out did enjoy full sun. The shaded balconies might be perfect for those who want a refuge from the heat

Spacious and clean, beautiful sitting space and patio with splendid views

Small kitchen with some lack in utensils. Quiet neighborhood a car ride away from St Maria.

Not as enjoyable as previous stays due to road noise and maintenance work which involved a hydraulic access platform mov

The location by the marina and distance to the beach. Cleaning staff good.

Time the apartments were updated as paint work and soft Furnishings as looking rather tired and worn out ie damaged (holes in cushion) faded floor rug with dangerous corner curled up which we had to stick down with tape) and marked/ stained bedroom curtains. Bedrooms require a full length mirror and better lighting by beds as very dim and not suitable to read by. Quality of hand and bath towels are poor and need replacing.

would come back again!

stunning views and wonderful outdoor space to soak it all in. very nice and clean. great restaurants and market nearby.

beds are a bit too firm and if we come back and stay again it would be great to have some extras like oven mits for the oven and tissues besides the toilet paper. Otherwise it is a great place.

Perfect

The balcony was amazing with seating area, dining area and sun area and a perfect view of the marina The rooms were tastefully decorated and very clean. Cleaners came every day and even unloaded the dishwasher if it had finished. This is very unusual for apartments.

Spacious well equipped apartments

Great apartments, spacious and well equipped for long stays and for families. the views from the balcony are beautiful

The rooms smell bad, specially pillows. The chairs had stains. Location is a bit tricky, you need a car to move around. The swimming pool was not available due to maintenance and nobody mentioned this before

Superb

The service was excellent, especially the daily cleaning. It's a peaceful location overlooking a maina, within a short walking distance of a lovely beach. This we found to be a safe place to swim. On the way to it there is a line of restaurants, most of which have views over the beach and across the Bay to Cadiz. The Apartments themselves are spacious and modern, and have all the appliances you might need at home.

Would have liked some regular size tea cups. After all, I am English. The kettle was not the best pourer I have ever used.

Not worth it

The hotel management are just greedy. They don't think about the customers. Example is the deplorable state of the swimming pool, dirty, broken sunbeds, overcrowded, small, and rarely opened. The management of the hotel is a disgrace, embarrassing bunch of greedy managers.

The installations are abandoned, it is a very bad experience. They are just interested in selling alcohol, terrible facilities.

fabulous stay at these gorgeous spacious and immaculately clean apartments

very spacious, well furnished, spotlessly clean , beautiful views , quiet at night so easy to sleep, loved the view from the balcony, pleasant helpful reception staff

downstairs smell in reception area, a bit like drains - very off putting but no smell in our first floor apartment , pool area not very well maintained - lots of old broken sun beds , needed weeded and a bit of paint around pool area and enclosure

This was a great place to chill and relax at this time of year(June). There were sufficient restaurants open with plenty

Extra wide extra fine

Extra wide flat, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fantastic fully equipped terrace on the marina where we had very pleasant dinners. We had a small health issue and the staff were very helpful and caring.

Maybe only 4 caps of coffee for 3 pepole for two nights are not enough.

Fantastic view but needs a little attention

amazing view to wake up every morning and never got tired of looking over the marina

little things let it down - bin broken - kettle lid didn’t shut - zips broken -floor tiles moving - wardrobe doors need attention - these dropped the score down from 9+ as potential is massive

Upscale hotel for relaxation and work with convenience of parking in Puerto SM.

Location: There is a wine bottle opener for starters. Upscale neighborhood with roving patrols so no riff-raff at all. This is where the upper 1% play with their toy boats. Great, balcony facing a protected yacht harbor with the sun waking you up daily. No Tourist crowds as in Centro. The Supermercado is 50 meters away with great variety. We used the washer/dryer by pushing random button - it works. Microwave works. espresso machine Works! Hot water heater works. IR stove top works. Just like camping, you can cook on a 5 liter pot (no pans). No condiments, nothing (oh wait, this is a complaint). Staff is chill.

This is really nit picky but here goes: Kitchen might have more cook ware. Think of what you have at home? It's not there. A spatula would be nice. People will say, just eat out but, that's not so healthy. Kitchen sewer odor. I'm assuming the drain pipe does not have a trap so sewage fumes creep back into the kitchen due to the strong kitchen fan. This is alleviated by allowing vent air from main living to enter the kitchen via 1-2 cm door opening. The facility can probably save much electricity by lowering the fan motor for the kitchen and bathroom exhaust fans, or further restrict the openings via turning the vents.

The weather was awful! But having the huge apartment and the large covered terrace was a bonus.

The view and size of the terrace was amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The apartment was bigger than expected too.

Second stay this year

Tranquil, well appointed, well maintained, spotlessly clean. Home from home with well equiped kitchen and faclities. We found a lovely beach within walking distance and there were numerous places to eat nearby.

Puerto Sherry at its best!

Beautiful apartment with an amazing terraza and good layout nice furnished. Very friendly staff. Free WiFi was accurate.

The beds are not the most comfortable ones. Bed sheets should be replaced by duvet for more comfort. Bath amenities like shower gel and shampoo should be replaced when empty each time the apartment is made up. Same goes for coffee in the kitchen. The toilet flushing didn't stopped after using it even reported and fixed somehow, after 2 times flushing the problem was there again.
