Very clean. Comfortable beds. A/C worked great. Loved the reserved secure parking space. About a 25 to 30 minute walk to the center of Florence.

It's clean, all was in general acceptable. Trusted clean to stay . Clean shower and towels and bed sheets

The check out should be till 2 pm or at least 11:59 am not at 10 am
To have a clothes washing machine could be an added value .

On booking .com
1. No housekeeping service at all during my 4 nites stay .
2. Tried to call for a taxi during checkout but it was a blunder .
A charge of 25 euro for the call plus 113 euro for our 4 PCs of luggages - sounds illogical according to my nxt hotel Marriott staff .
On Uber we checked earlier was only 57 euro to our destination .
Seems like a scam or miscommunication - so do be careful !!
