A great place to stay in Darwin, and close to the hospital. I recommend this place.

I stayed here in 3 different rooms for a week and was very happy with my stay. It was comfortable, safe, pleasant, clean and enjoyable. Close to Hospital and Cas shopping centre. The staff { Cath, Damon and an Irish lady} there were very kind to me and helpful, nothing was a problem. They got me a vase { as we had flowers } and allowed me to change rooms and check in earlier. I really recommend this place and will be back there again one day when i visit Darwin. Thank- you for making this a pleasant stay even though i had to go up to visit my daughter in Hospital.

Nothing really i didn't like, but maybe some rooms needed more kitchen utensils. The Big Pool could be a bit cleaner { think cleaner wasn't working} but still swimmable and nice.

Good value, reasonable location, clean & friendly

The rooms were a bit hit/miss. We weren't happy in the first, for various reasons, and the staff were very helpful in finding us a suitable and better location. This 2nd room was larger and in a better spot on the property, with a great balcony. Clean, nice bathroom + good sized fridge and onsite bbqs made for good meal making - and food/drink storage. The onsite restaurant was handy, reasonably priced with good meals. Drinks were also reasonable. The location - you're a bit out of Darwin (20mins), but we were there in June for the V8s, so other closer accommodation wasn't available or was very expensive. It was v quiet at Club Tropical at this time. Not much in the area, but a cheap $20-25 Uber ride got you to most places including town, the waterfront and the v8s at Hidden Valley. Overall, not a romantic spot (for a couple), but worth considering if travelling as a family or friend group, particularly during busier periods in Darwin (June to August).

Crickets! They were a problem and were getting into our first room. It was the location on the property we think. The pool was large and good during this quiet time, but Day 1 - the lawn was overgrown and the pool was a bit green. Day 2 - lawn mown and pool blue! :)

Good value for money

Though outside the city of Darwin... it was close to the airport and the beach. Transport was not an issue since e had a car

A good find with heaps of potential for a longer stay

A bit ordinary to the eye. Decided to go out.

Door keys failed. May be a problem being put into wallets and purses with cards with strips???

The room was very large and clean. Comfortable bed. Large bath with decent shower. Good wi-fi.

It's a very basic resort. Has 2 pools and a restaurant but not much else. Located outside of Darwin by a few miles so requires a car to get around.

Highly recommend. spacious, good price, very clean. friendly staff, bonus having a microwave in the room.

Superb

Very relaxing friendly quiet facility great pool and room to stroll around the large property.Short driving distance to shops beach & restaurants and main hospital.Walking / bike path for excercise outside front gate.

Need a car for this facility no public transport.

There were no face washes in the room even after asking reception staff for them they still didnt arrive, the plug in the bathroom basin did not stay down so unable to fill basin to shave, on Sunday morning there was no hot water in bathroom or shower, so cold shower was taken. As reception didnt open until 8am unable to contact staff re water

Wonderful experience and will definitely recommend anyone visiting Darwin

The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable bed and wonderful staff . Accessibility of after hours services as we checked in late.

Tea towels and cleaning facilities not provided in case of emergency. -Pillows were a bit too big.

loved it. would like to stay for an actual holiday as the pool is beautiful and the restaurant is nice.

Everything is great. pool area, room, bathroom, beds, cleanliness.

The tiny ants in the room. possibly to be expected in a tropical area. Don’t leave anything food related out. We kept our rubbish in the fridge to avoid the ants.
