Our train left before breakfast was served. We were provided with croissants to take with us and a member of staff started earlier in the morning than usual so he could unlock the hotel for us to leave for our train.

Our room in the attic had some tricky steps within the room and between the room and the bathroom which could be dangerous during the night.

Excellent stay - very accommodating/ super comfortable- loved the bathtub and bath salts.

Was housed in the citadel so I could walk out the door and experience most of the town they let you drive up to thr door to check on, the the concierge service will take you to and from your vehicle! The restaurant was nice as well!
Not really a dislike and has nothing to do with the hotel - they were great. Just know that the majority of the businesses close around 10 pm, and that you will need cash (26 leu) to pay fot parking

Staff and location. Staff incredibly helpful and kind. Went out of their way to take great care of me. Five star service. They should be proud.
Nearly died walking up a mountain side with luggage to get to it. Tons of stairs. Had to be over 100 at least.
