Owners are always welcoming. I have stayed here a few times and it is always my go to place to stay in Cambridge. Our room was nice and warm when we arrived the owners had turned the heat pump on which was appreciated as it was a cold afternoon. Our unit was very clean (they all are)
The only thing I can think of is having a King Bed in the one-bedroom unit. I usually stay in the King Studio beds are huge.

Cleanliness of the room
Our welcome was pretty much a quick overview of the place, how to work the air con in the room, what not to touch and send us on our way. Not very welcoming if you ask me.
