Vriendelijke ontvangst en service. De kamer had een handige stang om onze spullen op te hangen. Douche was prima. Geen problemen met wachttijden.
Ik dacht dat er een gemeenschappelijke keuken was om te gebruiken.
Prijzig, maar dat geldt voor heel Furano. Onvergelijkbaar met ander verblijf is dit redelijk geprijsd.

洗濯物を干す場所が室内にあったこと。のみ。
外国人ファミリーの利用があり、お風呂やトイレの使い方が汚かったです。朝も、そのファミリーの方が廊下で体操をしたり。ん？と思うことが多かったです。お風呂は１人ずつの利用なのでプライバシーは保たれましたが、男女１つずつなので、宿泊者数の割には少なく、待ち時間が長かったです。備え付けの洗濯機も、300円と有料の割には水量が少なく、洗えているか／すすげているか不安でした。最後に、共用の湯沸かしポット２つですが、その外国人ファミリーの方が独占していたようで、ポットを乗せる台はあるものの、上物（ポット本体）が常時なく、部屋に持ち込んでいると思われ、非常に不便な思いをしました。部屋のテレビが小さく、不便でした。お茶セットはあるものの肝心な茶葉がなく、不便でした。以上の点から、コストに皆わないサービスかな、と思った次第。
