The breakfast selection was surprisingly varied for a relatively budget-friendly hotel. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was within pleasant walking distance of Bayonne city centre.
We appreciated the additional security provided by the two controlled entrances to the parking area. Overall, the hotel was perfectly adequate and convenient for a short stay.
The room was extremely compact. There was just enough space to open two suitcases, but moving around the room with two people required a certain amount of logistical coordination.
The parking area was also rather dirty, with debris scattered around. We could not tell whether it had blown in from outside or had been left there, but the area would benefit from more regular cleaning.

Towels in room were very small and thin.
No kettle in room for making tea or coffee.
