Relaxing, luxurious and close to everything.

Everything. The view, the staff, the location, the food.

I would have liked for the hotel to inform us in advance how to reach the hotel, as we didn't know there was a free shuttle bus from the station and we ended up walking 1km with heavy luggages.

Will not book this hotel ever again feels like a 3 star hotel

nothing does not feel like a 5 stay hotel at all will not book this hotel ever again

This 5 stat hotel does not have much facilities . Imagine not having netflix on their screen ?? Their remote has netflix on it but when i ask them they say no we do not have. Next full length mirror is only visible when i close the bathroom door and bed was not comfortable at all i slept in 4 star hotel before and it was so much better in every ways. Also how can a 5 star hotel not have a spa and massage facilities?? Breakfast was meh ... not widespread at all

Excellent hotel within walking distance to eateries and stations.

Quiet area but close to eateries and train and subways stations. They also provide a shuttle bus to the nearest station Hamamasutcho which saves walking 15 mins. There is a bus to take you back on a schedule of course.

Their F&B outlets were extremely expensive.

Awesome location and amazing views!

Very clean and in a great location. Great views of the Skytree and landscape of Tokyo Central. Breakfast was great with lots of variety and the view was superb. Subway 5 min walk

Hotel de sobrio de lujo con personal muy amable, especialmente el personal de concierge que pueden gestionar reservaciones en los mejores restaurantes.

Nice and pleasant but overpriced.

Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds and beddings, excellent view and a lounge access from the higher priced rooms, luggage storage if you are away for a few days. Delicious breakfast with a good selection of both the food and drinks. Extremely attentive, helpful and pleasant staff.

Low budget toiletries, coffee in the room only for a charge, no pool, sauna etc. and poorly equipped gym. Also, it can be sensed that the place requires some revitalization, especially equipment in the room bears signs of aging.

Great luxury hotel at great location, but expect a very formal staff, hard to relax sland enjoy yhe hotel facilities.

staff at the seaview deck was arrogant, make us feel like we should be on our knees to be there. First day we were sent away 20.30 because it closes at 21.00 (we only wanted to enjoy the view), the second day at 20.00 we were asked to leave our front row seats 'because there was s reservation(????). We grudgingly moved seats enjoyed our drinks and then: nobody csme, the seats remained unused. When we asked the waiter he said 'it was last minute cancelled'. I was expecting an apology, felt treated as a second rate hotel guest. After a week back home I am still angry when I think about thst situation.

Great location - highly recommended

Amazing views of Tokyo Bay from our room - watching boats and ferries going about their business was great. Very comfortable room. Hotel close to some great casual restaurants as we chose not to eat in house. Lovely nearby park.

Exceptional

Our room was not ready on our lunchtime arrival, as we had lounge access we were able to wait there and enjoy tea and coffee for 30minutes. The room was on 24th floor with great views. All staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel was in a nice location within walking distance of the train station. The bed was comfortable and the room along with the hotel extremely clean. We ate in the restaurant and all food throughout our stay was excellent with a good choice.

Nice-looking hotel with great view and location, but lacking in service

The view was really nice from our room. The in-hotel restaurant had a very comfortable atmosphere and delicious food. The breakfast buffet was convenient for my finicky-eater niece, but then she discovered Japanese curry and miso soup at Sukiya, so there was no going back from there. The pseudo-bay window in the room was also pretty cool to curl up and sit in with a tablet and appreciate the view. The in-room coffee pod machines were convenient. The staff's personality was very friendly and kind. Plus they were pretty competent with using their English too. The location is very convenient, particularly if you're interested in doing things around Tokyo Bay.

The room wasn't vacuumed when we came in. We're a shoes off on the carpet kind of family, but the people who stayed in our room before us unfortunately were not. I wanted our sheets changed more because of the dirt tracked into the bed from the floor than from actually sleeping in the bed. The front desk was frequently understaffed and for whatever reason would often build up a queue. These are the times when another staff member or manager needs to step in a help get the line moving. I mentioned the convenient coffee machine, but it was a pain to get coffee refills if the cleaning staff forgot to refill them during their rounds. The beds were horribly stiff, so I rarely felt refreshed when waking up. For me, this is the most important thing a hotel needs to focus on. I was hoping paying for a premium hotel would include premium service, but I just didn't see that here.

A beautiful place to stay, spleep or come back from crowded Tokyo.

Excellent view, breathtaking really, at least in our room, the best we had after Kuala Lumpur. When you opened the door, the bay panorama stroke you beautifully : the water of the bay, guarded by skyscrapers, bridges in the background and Tokyo Sky Tree on the left, I could not get enough of it. Very quiet clean room, fantastic beds, nice bathroom, four very fast elevators, I can not find anything to complain about. The price was a bit high (comparing to other 5 stars hotels, it was very cheap), but the location and the facilities worth it completely. The breakfast was good, maybe if it had more diversity, would be great. The food is the best quality, in fact the food was the best quality everywhere in Tokyo. But what is the most asset of this place is the way we were treated. The staff was above everything we expected, very efficiently, prompt, helpful and extremely polite.

To be fair, I should tell about the negative things. There were not bad things there. Maybe breakfast was a little stereotypical, but I honestly can not find anything else.
