My nephew was staying at same hotel. The staff was very helpful and kind when they were present.
The beds were too far from the bathroom with the kitchen, table and chairs in the way. The sofa beds were supported by drawer that were difficult to open. The step outside the hotel was unexpected and not marked and I fell because I didn’t see it.

It is perfect for a family with kids
Last year when we stayed at the property there was a young gentleman at the reception who was very rude and didn’t want to talk to me neither in Japanese nor in English. He just left in to his back office and told me he has no time to talk to me.
But this year the staff were very nice and friendly and also very helpful.

This is no where close to any subway stations and it is not convenient to find.
Not clean. Beddings were stain and toilet is dirty and smells.
