The hotel is located in the Ginza neighborhood, its advantages are that it is located in a complex, with train stations below it, and a cafe and restaurants nearby, and the service at the hotel is good.
The disadvantages are: It is a walking distance to the Ginza shops. The room we got was very small, to the point that the bed is placed diagonally so that you can get into it... We asked for a change, and they were kind, and we got a room that was planned differently and had the feeling that there was a little more space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Location is great, beds were comfortable
The rooms all smelled humid and musty. There's no proper ventilation and you can't get open the windows. The breakfast was not good and too simple. The rooms need a touch up. It felt more like staying in a mediocre 3 star hotel with a very expensive price tag.
