I stayed in a Superior Double Room.
The location of the hotel is excellent, right between Ginza for daytime shopping and Shinbashi for lively nightlife.
The views over Tokyo were fantastic from the 27th floor. The window spans the entire far-side wall, which gave the room a great amount of light in the morning and made for beautiful evening views to come back to.
The bathroom and bathing room was well equipped and very spacious given the total size of the room.
There is a FamilyMart in the hotel building itself, which came in handy.
Ideal for a solo traveller or couple that are travelling light with carry-on sized suitcases.
The living space in the room is incredibly tight and small, even more so than it appears in the pictures. We couldn't leave any of our check-in sized suitcases open as any arrangement of even just one being open would block our path through the room.
There is an AI assistant device in the room that cannot be unplugged, as it makes a warning signal and notifies it could lead to a fine by the hotel if left off. It made our stay uncomfortable as if we were being monitored at all times.
There is a lot of greenwashing of the amenities and cleaning, with signs and stickers plastered around the room. However, you can easily request cleaning and replacement every day as is normal at other hotels.

Stunning views from our room, we had a view of Tokyo tower which was so iconic! Great location, super close to a station and super close to the major shopping streets of Ginza. Also walking distance from Tokyo tower and Imperial palace. The room was a little small, compared to our other stays in Japan (including another in Tokyo). It was fine for two people, however having an open suitcase took over the floor space entirely. Reception staff were super nice, very helpful with organising taxis etc
Minimal floor space meant that when our suitcase was out and open, we were having to do parkour to get to the window seat /mini fridge. I think swapping the 2 single beds for 1 double would give you a foot of floor space and help the issue.

Excellent location and very clean and beautiful
They only cleaned the room every 3 days. I understand not changing the bed but they didn’t make it up either

Good location
Small ‘superior’ double. Only just room to squeeze into the bed on one side. With 2 big suitcases it was a struggle.
Had to get up v early to ensure a breakfast spot.
