Lots of interesting artworks located on all the hotel levels. Great view from our room and from the restaurant/bar. Very polite and helpful staff.
The bathroom was uncomfortably small, with half the space taken up with the toilet and a very small vanity made even smaller with a water purifier jutting into the sink. The bed was directly next to the wall with no side table, which made getting in and out from bed very challenging. The decor was very worn and in need of update, and even on the 32nd floor, the trains below could be heard. The elevators are very dark.

There is nothing I did not like. But the restaurant choices were a bit limited. However what I did get was good

Great lobby / bar view of Tokyo Tower and even Fuji behind that on a good day. Great location by two stations (though we found we only used Shimbashi as was on the right lines). Staff were great.

We stayed here for 5 nights. We loved everything! The facilities were great and the hotel is very clean.
The views from both the reception hall (Tokyo Tower) and our room (Shinbashi) were magical.
As for location, I don't think it gets better than this. You can walk to Ginza. We were there for 6 days and spent at most 30 min getting to all the main attractions from the hotel. The hotel itself is on Shiodome Sta. (lift takes you to the station) and you are a 5-min walk to Shimbashi Sta. with all the JR lines.
I'd also want to express my appreciation for their service. We had a weird itinerary where we were stopping in Hakone for a night and then going to an Airbnb in Kyoto. We needed to ship our luggage, which is normally hotel-to-hotel, but the receptionist found the perfect solution for us.
The rooms were on the smaller side, but you are in the centre of Tokyo so I guess this is to be expected.
