Lovely lounge area with fantastic views, check in was very smooth and as we had arrived early they offered us a change of room so we could get in to the room straight away which was great after a longish flight.
Breakfast was great plenty of options and eggs cooked freshly for you.
Could have been some lighter food options in the lounge area they have complimentary coffee would have been great to get cake or a sandwich however there are many options just outside the hotel.

Well located on the corner of Ginza neighborhood. The whole hotel is turned into a gallery. My room was decorated with Sakura blossom artwork. View on Tokyo tower is mesmerizing.
Not the newest hotel, and it feels a bit used and worn out.

It’s right next to the Shiodome station.
Room is quiet, comfortable, and clean.
There is coin laundry.
Staff is well versed in many languages.
It was strange not to have a dedicated hand soap dispenser, even though the body soap dispenser for the shower was just a step away.
The laundry from washing in the coin laundry did not smell appreciably clean, which made me wonder whether the machine itself has been routinely cleaned.

The view from reception
The lack of view from the bedroom. It was not clear this was first come first served. I purchased an artist room just for the view but was given one without on arrival unfortunately
