Walking distance to all the fuzz in Ginza, nice view to Tokyo Tower from the restaurant. Staff was superb. Will keep it in my next time I visit Japan.
The buffet options during breakfast is a bit simple, however you can have à la carte dishes.

This is a fantastic hotel to explore Tokyo. It is well positioned on the underground and JR line to get pretty much everywhere.
Room was comfortable and plenty of room for two six footers and our many bags.
Breakfast was awesome in roof restaurant, great staff and food.
Welcoming staff throughout and clean. Hotel was very quiet.
Service charge on drinks for residents. Total Rip off for a couple of beers. I get charging non residents but residents is awful. Seeing as there are so many bars etc just outside.

Its central location and nearby subway access meant I was never far from what I wanted to see and do. A high end hotel with boutique feel

I truly appreciated the friendliness of the restaurant staff during breakfast. The Japanese breakfast was delightful, especially paired with their coffee. I also enjoyed the cleanliness of the dining area and the hotel's convenient location.
The staff judges you by the way you are dressed, completely unwelcoming you after a 12 hours flight ( they can see potential see that from the reservation) $30Cad for a breakfast is extremely high for the choices provided, ( not worth it) the interior is old and the fact that the lighting is low is making it even worse etc etc. way overpriced . Except the location, the cost might should not be more than $400/night including breakfast. You have three choices for breakfast-Japanese ( very good) French toast or American (sausage and eggs). Outside food has much more to offer
