It was the quietest hotel room we have ever stayed in. Usually in a hotel there is always something to wake you up - people in the corridor, people next door or above. Absolutely nothing woke us up.
We didn't have breakfast so can't comment.

Amazing location! 4 major stations just around the corner and the lovely, vibrant Yurakucho area. Loved coming home at night and walking through this neighborhood. The hotel is very clean, lovely staff, the room is practical and has everything you might need. For the price, I think that I could not have asked for more. Whomever decided to put the massage chair in the room, THANK YOU! I was very skeptical at first, but it was just wonderful after 20000-30000 steps a day and soar feet and back.

Excellent location, decent size bathroom with good water pressure, check out time of 12pm was much appreciated. Easy check in and out at the self service kiosks. Good complimentary tea selection downstairs.
Room needs updating (peeling wall paper), towels weren’t clean, had marks and hair on them. Agree with other reviews that suggest the massage chair is removed to allow more space in the room. We stayed at the Kyobashi Remm hotel and that was better
