Excellent location, specially if you are coming from Haneda airport to Ginza as the metro station Higashi Ginza is next to the hotel. Everything important in Ginza is a 5 min walk.
Need more English speaking staff to avoid communication gaps. Example at the time of checkin I was told that the luggage transfer between hotels in same city is same day if the baggage’s are dropped before 10am. However, at the time of dropping the luggage, that wasn’t the case and I was told it will be sent next day.

Great location!
Rooms were TOO SMALL! And housekeeping didn’t do a good job cleaning the rooms. It was always too rushed.
